Print & Digital

This student-led, modular station lab engages middle school learners in exploring how weathering and erosion contribute to the uneven distribution of Earth’s resources, connecting past and current geoscience processes to observable patterns. Through a series of differentiated input and output stations, students build knowledge, apply concepts, and construct evidence-based explanations—all while directing their own learning.

Note for Texas teachers: This resource aligns with the 2017 TEKS and will not be updated for the 2021 standards.

  • Designed to support diverse learners with scaffolds for remediation and enrichment tasks for advanced students
