Sexual & Asexual Reproduction Station Lab - MS
This modular, student-led station lab is a highly engaging way to help your middle schoolers explore the differences between sexual and asexual reproduction. With everything you need included, you’ll save a ton of prep time while giving students the opportunity to take ownership of their learning.
In this interactive lab, students will identify and compare the characteristics of sexual and asexual reproduction through hands-on, written, visual, and digital activities.
Texas Teachers: This resource aligns with the 2017 TEKS (not updated for the 2021 TEKS).
Differentiated, Modular, and Student-Centered
Each lab includes eight differentiated stations plus a bonus challenge station, creating a personalized learning experience for every student. Teachers guide and facilitate while students work independently or in small groups to direct their own learning.
All signage, readings, task cards, and resources are included. The Explore It! station may require a few simple classroom materials you likely already have on hand.
This resource is designed for both in-person and virtual learning, with files fully compatible with PowerPoint and Google Slides.
