Endocrine System Station Lab - MS
This student-led, modular station lab engages middle school students in learning about the endocrine system and its role in maintaining homeostasis. Students identify the system’s main functions and explore how glands and hormones regulate body processes. With multimodal input and output stations, learners build knowledge through reading, research, video, and hands-on activities while demonstrating mastery in multiple ways. Teachers act as facilitators, creating a highly engaging, low-prep lesson that allows students to direct their own learning.
Note for Texas teachers: This resource aligns with the 2017 TEKS and will not be updated for the 2021 standards.
