Forces in the Real-World Station Lab - New TEKS 6.7A
This modular, student-led activity is fully aligned with TEKS 2021 standard 6.7A and helps middle school students explore how forces act on objects in real-world contexts. With everything ready to go, you’ll save a ton of prep time while giving students the opportunity to take charge of their learning.
In this interactive lab, students will identify and explain the effects of gravity, friction, magnetism, applied forces, and normal forces using real-world applications. Perfect for both in-class and virtual learning!
Differentiated, Modular, and Student-Centered
Each lab includes nine stations designed to provide a personalized learning experience for every student. Teachers facilitate, while students work independently or in small groups to explore and apply new concepts.
All signage, readings, task cards, and resources are included. The Explore It! station may require a few simple classroom materials you likely already have on hand.
