Start teaching bell-to-bell with 36 weeks of daily warm-ups based on Steve Spangler’s popular Science Minute video series! Bring NGSS Science and Engineering Practices (SEPs) into your classroom with these creative starters.
This set of Science Minute warm-ups is leveled for students in grades 3 to 5.
The journey begins on Day One as students watch and react to a demo performed by science communicator Steve Spangler. For the rest of the week’s warm-ups, students engage with the video’s phenomenon to practice different science and engineering practices.
Your students will practice asking questions, analyzing data, making models, and communicating information throughout the week!
